Delivery Duration

Orders made from MON. to FRI. before 3 pm are processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 3 pm will be dispatched before 3 pm on the next working day. We ship via Australia Express Post, with delivery typically taking between 1-4 business days.

A confirmation message will be sent once your order has been dispatched. If you do not see this in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. We recommend adding [email protected] to your safe senders list to prevent missing any crucial communication regarding your orders.

Returns & Delivery

If you wish to return your product, please make sure to contact us before sending it back.

The cost of returning an item is your responsibility. These costs are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the return delivery charge will be deducted from your refund. However, if the refunded amount still qualifies for free delivery terms ($99), no delivery charges will be deducted. In the event that you receive a defective item or the wrong product, we will cover the return delivery cost. For more information, read our Returns Policy.

Warranty

We offer warranty service on all products sold at bimovapeaustralia, cover any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

60-day Replacement, 1-year Warranty

Within 60 days from the purchase, we will help you identify the damage of your product and directly replace it with a new one for free.

After 60 days, we will help you contact the partner brand for free repair or replacement of the product or product parts that have been proven to be defective due to improper materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance. (Since it needs to be sent back to the brand’s manufacturer for repair before send back to you, it may take about 1 month during this period.) The relevant shipping costs incurred by the return and exchange of more than 30 days shall be borne by consumers.

Warranty Will Not Be Approved If

This limited warranty does not cover any problems caused by the following reasons:

Condition, failure or damage not caused by defects in materials or workmanship

If you have purchased a device from bimovapeaustralia but did not purchase the pods, then we will not be responsible for the device.

Denial of Return Request

We will not accept product returns or provide refunds in the following cases:

The customer deems the taste of the product to not meet their expectations.

The customer cannot provide evidence (photo/video) of the concerned item/s.

Opened or used E-liquid or pods are non-refundable and should not be returned due to hygiene reasons. Store credit may be given or replacement pods shipped if the product is found to be faulty.

Refund Process

bimovapeaustralia will issue store credit or a refund for the cost of the missing item/s once the claim has been internally investigated and verified.

All cosmetic damage or issues with goods received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. Photographic or video evidence of all issues is mandatory.

Please note that we require you to email/send a video or picture of damaged or defective merchandise before sending the items back. This is necessary for us to understand the issue. We may also email you with troubleshooting steps to save you the time of returning the items.

If Your Refund Is Late Or Missing

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after three business days, please get in touch with us.

Shipping

To return your product, you should first contact us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

In the case of a partial refund, if the amount paid after the refund still meets the free shipping terms ($100 AUD), no shipping charges will be deducted.

If any of the received products is deemed defective or a wrong shipment, we will cover the shipping cost.

Promotional Terms & Conditions

For returns on promotional items, all items included in the promotion need to be returned. When a promotional item included in the original transaction is not returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount.
